CzechDevUSA is a US-based talent placement firm operated out of Las Vegas, NV under US law. We connect senior Czech and Slovak engineers with remote opportunities at US tech companies.

We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization enabled. GA4 collects anonymized traffic data only — pages visited, time on site, and general location at country/city level.

No personally identifiable information is collected or stored. Your full IP address is never recorded.

EU visitors who prefer not to be tracked can opt out using Google’s official tool: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

Forms & Data Collection

The only personal data we collect is what visitors voluntarily submit:

Contact form — name, email, and message. Used solely to respond to your inquiry. Not shared with anyone.

Engineer application form (via Fillout) — name, email, location, CV, and professional details. Used to match engineers with relevant US remote opportunities. Explicit GDPR consent is obtained at point of submission. Engineers may request deletion of their data at any time by emailing info@czechdevusa.com.

Data Sharing

• We do not sell, share, or trade visitor data with third parties
• CVs and engineer profiles are only shared with specific companies after explicit engineer approval for each individual role
• Analytics data is used solely to improve this site

EU Visitors

This site is operated under US law. We do not display a cookie consent banner because we do not process personally identifiable information through cookies.

EU engineers who submit their profile through our application form provide explicit GDPR consent at the time of submission and may request deletion at any time.
