If there is a potential fit, we send you details about the opportunity. We never share your CV without talking to you first.

4. Your Approval

If you want to proceed, we introduce you directly to the hiring team. You decide after learning all the details.

5. Interviews with the Company

You interview directly with the U.S. company — no middle layers. We stay available for support throughout the process.

6. Offer & Start

If it’s a good match, you receive an offer directly from the company. All roles are fully remote.
