2) We match you to roles

We only reach out when there’s a realistic fit: senior level, remote, and aligned expectations (stack, timezone overlap, rate).

3) You approve every intro

Nothing gets sent anywhere until you say yes. No CV blasting. No “surprise submissions”.

4) Interview directly

You talk to the actual U.S. hiring team. Clear expectations and a straightforward process.

For U.S. Companies

1) You describe the role

Stack, seniority, timezone overlap, contract type, and “must-haves”. We keep it practical.

2) We shortlist senior CZ/SK talent

You get a small, relevant shortlist — not 40 random resumes.

3) Direct interviews

You interview candidates directly. No layers. No confusion.

4) Hire the way you prefer

Contract / full-time — you decide. We keep the process clean and fast.
