About the founder

I’m Jerry Kasem, founder of CzechDevUSA. After decades around U.S. tech teams, I saw how difficult it can be for American companies to reach strong engineers in Central Europe - and how many talented developers from CZ/SK never get direct access to U.S. roles.

CzechDevUSA was created to bridge that gap. My mission is simple: help Czech and Slovak senior developers access quality remote opportunities without unnecessary fees or shady practices.

Who we work with

We primarily work with senior developers (typically 7+ years of experience), DevOps engineers, QA engineers, and similar technical roles from Czechia and Slovakia, who can communicate comfortably in English (B2/C1).
