Do I pay anything to CzechDevUSA?

No. We never charge candidates. We are paid by the U.S. companies when they hire.

What level of English do I need?

Most roles require B2–C1 English, especially for meetings, code reviews, and daily communication.

Do I need to move to the U.S.?

No. All roles are 100% remote. Some companies may offer relocation later, but it’s never required.

What kind of experience do you look for?

Typically 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, DevOps, QA, or similar roles. Right now we focus on senior roles, so we do not handle junior positions.

Who sees my CV?

Only CzechDevUSA and companies you explicitly approve. We never blast your CV to random recruiters.

Can I work with you while I have a full-time job?

Yes. Many developers start the process while still employed and switch only after they sign an offer.
