How Your Data Is Used

We know that developers, especially in Czechia and Slovakia, value privacy and transparency. This page explains in simple terms what happens when you submit your profile to CzechDevUSA.

1. What happens after you submit your form

When you submit the developer form:

• Your data is stored securely in our Google Workspace environment.
• Your profile is reviewed manually – there is no automated “CV spam” system.
• If your profile matches active roles, we contact you by email to discuss next steps.

2. Who can see your data

Your data is seen by:

• CzechDevUSA (for review and matching with roles)
• Selected U.S. companies – but only after we contact you and you approve sharing your CV for a specific opportunity.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with marketing companies or data brokers.

3. How long we keep your data

In general, we keep candidate data for up to 24 months after submission so we can contact you about future roles. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

4. How to delete or update your data

At any point, you can email us at info@czechdevusa.com with one of these requests:

• Delete my data
• Update my contact details
• Stop contacting me

We will respond as soon as possible and handle your request.

5. Why we need your data

We use your data only to:

• Evaluate your experience and tech stack
• Match you with remote roles at U.S. companies
• Communicate about concrete job opportunities

6. Simple Czech summary (česky)

Po odeslání formuláře váš profil ručně zkontrolujeme a oslovíme vás pouze v případě relevantní nabídky. Váš životopis neposíláme žádným firmám bez předchozího souhlasu. Údaje uchováváme maximálně 24 měsíců a kdykoliv můžete požádat o výmaz nebo úpravu na info@czechdevusa.com.
